USHII Verified's inventive and user-friendly online screening system allows you to request and pay for a background check within minutes through our easy-to-use web-based screening system. From small business owners to an individual hiring a nanny or homecare worker to non-profits hiring volunteers or landlords choosing a new tenant, USHII Verified™ is the right choice. FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS TO COMPLETE
YOUR BACKGROUND SCREENING

Complete and sign a copy of the USHII Release Authorization Form (either Tenant Release form or Employment/Volunteer form). These forms are available by clicking:

Fax a clear copy of your Driver's License and/or government issued identification card and the USHII Release Authorization Form to 866-647-3118 or email a scanned copy of both documents to screenings@ushii.com. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), USHII must have a signed release on file in order to obtain a consumer report on you. This requirement is also in place to protect your personal identity as well. Your screening will NOT be completed unless this form and a copy of your driver's license/government identification card is received by USHII.

AFTER faxing the USHII Release Authorization Form and ID, please click on the SCREEN NOW button at the top of this webpage.

Please choose your preferred screening package or the package requested by your organization, company, landlord or employer by clicking APPLY.

Enter your information, email address and credit card information for payment.

After you have entered your information and paid for your screening, you will receive a confirmation page/email with your key code, name and report date. Please immediately forward this confirmation email directly to the organization, company, landlord or employer who requested your screening.

Once the screening has been completed, you will be able to access a copy. Please log into the USHII Verified page by clicking on the Screen Now button above with your key code, name and date report was requested. Please confirm the organization, company, landlord or employer who requested your screening also has your key code, name and date report for them to review the results as well.
